The customer support representative is responsible for helping our current clients by providing accurate information in a professional manner. They will report to the Inbound Call Centre Manager.


Product/Service Information

  • To quickly and effectively respond to calls
  • Log and resolve queries on Insight
  • Provide reliable information to dealers and clients
  • Assist walk-in clients with administrative tasks
  • Give the company precise feedback on inquiries and needs
  • Update the database with claimant information
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure patients receive high-quality, affordable treatment

Product Knowledge

  • Conduct research and collect data using available resources
  • Provide customers with product and service information

Outbound Sales Duties and Responsibilities

  • Previous employment as an outbound salesperson for one year
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presenting skills

  • Product knowledge for the company, including pricing, promotion agreements, version upgrades, fees and rules, rates, and financial services and goods for consumers
