Key Purpose: Making Sure the Packaging Plant Runs Smoothly


The main goal of a Packaging Engineer is to make sure everything in the packaging plant is working properly. They do this by taking care of the packaging equipment and making sure it's productive and efficient. This helps Coca-Cola make high-quality products at a low cost.


Key Duties & Responsibilities


Drive the Deployment of the CCBSA Asset Management Strategy in the Plant


  • The Packaging Engineer helps the plant's Packaging Engineering teams with their strategies and technology to make sure the equipment is working well.
  • They also make sure everyone is following the right work practices and rules.
  • The Packaging Engineer helps the plant stay compliant with the Manufacturing Way, Asset Care Philosophy, and related strategies.
  • They lead and improve the Asset Care SCMAT work practice for the plant.

Asset Care Processes


  • The Packaging Engineer makes sure the machines in the plant are well-maintained and working their best.
  • They work with the people who own the machines and the companies that made them to keep everything in good condition.
  • The Packaging Engineer helps create a plan to take care of the machines and makes sure it's followed.
  • If there are any problems with the machines, they come up with a plan to fix them.
  • They also make sure the Packaging Engineering team knows how to take care of the machines and get the right training if needed.
  • The Packaging Engineer helps the plant predict when machines might have issues and monitors their condition.
  • They work with the companies that made the machines to make sure they're doing a good job.

Plant Reliability and Optimization
