Introduction
To provide administrative, process and system support across a range of processes and systems
Job description

  • Provide Support and manage LEVEL 2 incident management
  • Manage and review escalated incidents from SMC
  • Action incidents and requests from end-users
  • Monitor maintenance, enhancement and upgrades to support new and existing functionalities
  • Ensure appropriate role access granted on to Stores timeously
  • User set up and related Admin tasks (e.g Oracle approach)
  • Manage Central User Administration
  • Maintain role system responsibilities, hierarchies, profiles
  • Performs a quarterly audit of end-user access and ensure access is verified and complete
  • Works with SMC to ensure incident logs are closed and feedback provided back to stores
  • Manage SMC Business support requirements/escalations
  • Provide Direct Store support
  • Provide support to Business Process Analyst and Business Process & Systems Manager
  • Assist with acceptance testing if required
  • Assist the test team with admin support (eg documented test case updates)

Minimum requirements

  • Knowledge of automated and workflow systems
  • Analytical skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Process thinking ability
  • Computer Literacy, including general Microsoft Office skills
  • Incident tracking system experience
  • Customer Centric
  • Understand store operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Relevant Qualification or work experience
  •  Stores experience advantageous
  •  Ability to connect after work hours (electricity, connectivity)
  • Ability to connect remotely
  • Digitally savvy
